Shipping terms & prices for Germany

1) Registration
 
Please use your access data for login. New clients can order as "guests" or register during the shopping procedure.
 
2) Shipping conditions

3) Delivery
  • Deep-frozen products (Juice Pads):

Our deep-frozen products are shipped twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you order until 9am, the products will be delivered within 24 hours. Exceptions are rural areas with postal codes 6, 7, 8 and 9. Delivery time is between 8am and 7pm.

The products are shipped in styrofoam boxes with dry ice. 

  • Bio Fruit Blends and Bio Powder:

Orders of these products are shipped from Monday through Friday and delivered within 24-48 hours if we receive your order until 11am.  Delivery time is between 8am and 7pm.
